things that I find do well and are popular,

arthritis oil/liniment
bug bite/sting treatments
hair oils or products
anything for pain relief and or swelling
ritual incense and flying ointments

minus the last two most of those are easy and safe things to make that are popular and have a good shelf life so you don't have to worry about it spoiling before it is used/sold

if you have a good stash of calendula skullcap yarrow plantain lavendar rosemary and Eucalyptus then you can make all of those easy enough, you could try Eczama treatments too f you have borage and burdock on hand, or ear oil if you have mullein and garlic, try to get a list of common complaints and see waht simple remedies you can cook up that are effective.  I am in school to be an herbalist too and right now thats basicly all I do outside of assignments. I want to open up a shop one day but right now its all study and test and apply.

I have a suggestion:  list your ingredients.  Sure, a few people will use it to create their own stuff, but not many.  Most people don't have the time or desire to do so, though, and a surprising number of these have allergies or sensitivities that making picking out skin-safe products challenging.

Besides, as I'm sure you know, a recipe is more than ingredients.  There are ratios and methodologies, none of which you have to tell your customers.

yea that is a biggy, at least in the circles I travel, if they don't list the ingredients ( scientific names please ) then I'm instantly sketch about buying it. nothing puts me off faster than a lack of proper labeling, either lack of ingredients list, or an half done label. " mint"...well thanks, but what type of mint? wintergreen, spearmint, peppermint? lemon balm, catnip?

elaborating on my comment: Scientific names because what we call one thing in our area someone somewhere else might call another or the same name could mean two totally different plants and that could be bad, so scientific is safer.

My calendula cream AND Triple skin repair help with most of those. Both are good for pain relief, bug bites, itchy skin, eczama, AND help to heal wounds MUCH more quickly than OTC products. The triple skin repair is a good arthritis rub, and over time can keep the pain under control. I hope that helped!

All items ARE listed, although I did NOT list the scientific name, which I will be doing now. When you click on a product at the bottom it says "Show product details" under that tab I list all the ingredients, that is how etzy does it. I am sorry you were unable to find it. I hope this helped!

No guarantee I could buy anything, since I'm generally pretty strapped for funds, but I'm always on the lookout for safe "flying" potions (I can find recipes, but my friends with herbalism experience tell me that they all contain stuff I would never want touching my skin).

I totally agree.  Besides people not knowing the ratios, most people just don't have the time to make their own stuff.
