Post your final* results, folks!

Eh. Hit and miss. Am I doing better? Maybe. Time will tell. Certainly not where I wanted to be.
"The worshippers of the gods go to them; to the manes go the ancestor-worshippers; to the Deities who preside over the elements go their worshippers; My devotees come to Me." ... "Whichever devotee desires to adore whatever such Deity with faith, in all such votaries I make that particular faith unshakable. Endowed with that faith, a votary performs the worship of that particular deity and obtains the fruits thereof, these being granted by Me alone." - Sri Krishna

*"Final" only in that this first full day of spring (or autumn, S of the equator) was our target date...but I firmly adhere to the notion that all our efforts are an ongoing project, and it's never too late to tackle the objective anew!

Heh. Good thing it's never too late; I only recently decided to get my lumpen ass back in to shape.

New Year's resolutions are for quitters, anywho.

Partial success.  It is still much too tight, but I couldn't get into it at all before the end of the year, so I didn't do as badly as I thought.  And, though it is not as nice as having the video to show I did it, I am the person who made this board into two pieces with a single straight punch:

Edited to add: that is clean laundry, not trash, in those bags!  I'm an abysmal housekeeper, but not *that* bad!

Final results:

My...pneumonia? Whatever it was, has mostly cleared up.

I am getting about 6-7 hours of sleep a night, according to my fitbit. It's not 8 hours, but I'll take it, as it seems to be the best most consistent amount I can get right now.

I did not start swimming or anything else, but I have been consistently meeting my step target every day (which I actually upped to 3,000 because I was finding 2K too low) and sometimes going massively over because work in a medical office keeps you running around. (Yesterday I did 8,000 steps.)

I have not been taking my Vitamin D.

I have been drinking a lot of water/non-sugared beverages, but I haven't been consistently logging them so I don't know if I've been reaching 64 oz.

I've been pretty good about keeping the sugar out of my diet considering every Friday at work we get brought free lunch by drug company reps. XD

And I have faithfully, without missing a day, taken my prescription meds and slept with my CPAP on.
Pray drunk. Hex sober.

No results to report, unfortunately - never did get back on the wagon again.  However I agree with your stance that it's never too late to tackle the objective anew, and I hope that once I get over the physical illness that's struck me down this past fortnight I'll do just that.

Congrats to all who did achieve results.
