A subject that has been ongoing with me for quite a while is how to freshen your breath. this is for better tasting food and a greater well being sadly I haven't been keeping a record so I shall start from here and generally help each day.

If you're looking for practical advice, then I guess learning to breathe predominantly through your nose wherever possible, as well as generally following the advice of your dentist/your dental hygiene brand on a regular (twice daily) basis.  I believe I recall hearing that chewing on some parsley can help neutralise nasty niffs on the breath, too.

Some people can have stagnant air left in the lungs that can cause bad breath if you are a shallow breather. In that case breathe very deeply several times a day.

Some people can retain bad breath from smoking and there are some that respond to a diet high in sugar with just rancid breath. So a healthier lifestyle can help too.

Hi, sevensons,

Just a quick note: Forum threads on TC aren't an appropriate place to keep the records of your experiments. You can continue with this one, since it already has some suggestions from other folks in it, but please refrain in the future from starting threads that are primarily personal record-keeping.

Also, since there doesn't seem to be any pagan (or other religious) or magical content here, I'm moving the thread to Health & Medicine in the Social Discussion Forums.

No reply is necessary, but if you have questions or need clarification, please feel free to contact a member of staff privately.

Thanks!

From the Host: These word-of-the-day posts aren't meaningful to anyone but you; if you just want a place to keep cryptic notes about your own practice, use a dead-tree grimoire or get a blog. In general, please try to be at least a little bit more substantial in your posts here, or find another place to post. I am closing this thread.
