EFT, and an app I'm trying called The Tapping Solution

I recently downloaded an app called The Tapping Solution from the app store.  I've yet to explore it fully (though I've dabbled with Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT, before), but I wanted to share details of it right away anyway because today I received an email from them offering six months free membership for healthcare workers and first responders, which can be activated here:

They've also created some specific tapping meditations for anxiety around coronavirus, so I might also add details of those to the Fear of coronavirus thread (and hope I don't get a rap on the knuckles for cross-posting, 'cos it's only semi- cross-posting).

I recently downloaded an app called The Tapping Solution from the app store.

Tried one of the free tapping meditations on arrival home tonight and it worked a treat; I really needed something to bring down my stress level quickly and it worked for that, really well.

It was free to download and there are a number of free tapping meditations available - also, I didn't come across any ads in the twenty minutes or so that I was using it.

So I think I can recommend this app to anyone who, like me, struggles to remember the sequence of tapping for EFT and needs something to follow.
