Non-written resources to help cope with bereavemet
« on: March 12, 2018, 07:13:17 pm »
Hi all,

My husband lost his mother to cancer in the autumn and isn't coping well with it.  We just had Mother's Day here in the UK and all the advertising etc really brought home the fact that she's gone.

Only thing is, he doesn't read.  So I am wondering if anyone knows of any non-written resources for helping people cope with bereavement - I guess I am thinking of podcasts etc.  Bit wary of suggesting he go on YouTube for this, as the quality could vary wildly on there and some types of "advice" actually makes him feel more upset than before, which is difficult.

Thanks in advance.

Long list that you could browse and choose. Some series have been going on for quite some time.
