Deities to Aid with Anxiety and Fears Within the Home?

I've been on the search for a deity that I could research and learn about to help aid with fear and anxiety, specially dealing with and around the household. Is anyone coming to mind? Deities, gods and goddesses are very new to me, so while I have done some simple googling I don't want to be driven in the wrong direction by simple info sites looking for clicks. I would prefer to get some recommendations from people that have worked in this area.

Firstly, if you're having issues with anxiety, finding a friend, a therapist, or someone you trust to talk to is important, if you haven't already. Please do that.

Secondly, there's likely an unlimited amount of gods and goddesses, so narrowing things down some would help. Are there any cultures you have a strong pull to? That'll help other members point you in the right direction.

A good place to start apart from any specific deity, especially if that is very new to you or if you feel no particular pulls yet, would be cleansing and blessing the space as well as working with whatever house wights or brownies there may be. These are beneficent (usually) energies and entities that exist in any home or abode, particularly one that is old or that has a bit of history.

Also addressing the source of these anxieties would be very helpful, as would creating a setting and perhaps even making any lifestyle adjustments to avoid attracting or generating more anxiety. Even Feng Shui could be very helpful here.

I recommend creating sacred space in the home if you haven't, doing regular meditation and cleansing with things like burning sage, cedar or palo santo or with rattles or chimes, and maybe setting up a little altar for the house spirits and giving them occasional offerings.

I agree with Nic an Dair that finding human help would be beneficial.

As for gods, the first deity that comes to mind is Demeter, as goddess of hearth and home, but I have no personal experience with Her so I can't say whether she's particularly helpful in things like anxiety.

Personally, I feel like a good idea might be opening the door so to speak. Light a candle and say a general prayer to let Them know you're interested. You might receive hints: a strengthened interest in a particular pantheon or god, a dream, etc. Although some deities are technically more appropriate for some things (for example, Sekhmet is often mentioned when someone wants prayers for healing), I often feel like one can get good results going to a god They love as well (or instead of).
