Secondly, Columbine just opened a group blog as a counterpart for her facebook group in His honor. This discussion ended up directly quoted via a comment I did during one of the discussion I partecipated:

Thanks. Some of these essays are really helpful to me now.

No need to get snippy, I was just curious.

 I understand I was a bit blunt but I was not trying to be snippy, at all?

I am happy to spread the word. There's so little about Him on the web and it's a shame.

The group accepts submissions from His devotees, if you are interested.

And I agree with Natigall, this is a very nice site.  I am touched by its author's devotion.   Thanks for sharing!

Assuming that you are referring to my first post, the info was first passed during an oracle session I was doing for Hekate on the account of other querents. I didn't realize it was meant for me right away but when I eventually did, I flailed A LOT, then had Apollon tune in and passing along his message. That sent me panicking enough that I eventually asked Columbine, who does oracle work for Apollon but also works with Hekate to help me to understand better what was happening, and her divination/comunications pretty much made it official.

Things kinda progressed from there, but for now at least, Apollon is definitely the dominating presence in the duo

Recently I was asked for a dedication ritual for Him. Natchigall was totally right tough- I didn't need to have worried about myssing signals because Apollon was pretty much into my face 24/7 until I ritually promised one year and one day of service (the time limit was my idea, mostly because taking a more permanent commitment scared me something fierce).

That's really intense, and really cool. :)

He's always .... I dunno. Scared me. Because he's so Big, you know?  I am respectful of Apollon, but I doubt I would have the strength to ever work with him.

I've had to interact with him a few times and he was...tolerant.  *shrugs*  Then again, I'm not his.

Big, indeed. He has a presence that takes quite a lot of getting used to - it has such a purity and such a consuming light, I feel all more 'little' and frail before Him. I can't recall ever having a similiar response to a deity, but He feels so very vast sometimes, I am truly tempted to think He is all-powerful and infinite.

Don't get me wrong, I think many/most deities out there are very powerful; not belittling any, of course, but yeah; he's Bigger in a much different way than, say, Hermes, who I follow.  I don't think that Hermes couldn't be Big when he so chose to show himself that way, but there's a difference.

I sometimes crave a relationship like the one you seem to be getting started on with Apollon, but I don't know that I could possibly handle it.  I think that's why Sirona has been quiet with me lately... she, too, is Big.  I need to work up to it.

Keep us posted on how things go. I am especially interested to know. :)

I meant that I've been in a couple situations where interaction with Apollo was required, for various reasons.  It's kind of a long story.

This, indeed.
Then again, it is said in the Orphic hymn: "Yours, too, are the beginning and end to come".
