Vegetarian, Vegan etc

I was never ignorant as to where my food came from and the experience on the farm has made me appreciate it even more.

 
Another reason I couldn't go vegan is my crafts - I'm a leather worker. Say what you will about leather, it can do things other materials can't and I love working with it. Also, it means less of the animal has been wasted.

That was the challenge I had when cooking veggie meals for mum - convincing my other half that you dont need meat to make a good meal! A red pepper risotto with camembert convinced him
