Need! I'll have to see if one of my brewer friends will make it for me if I buy the stuff. Either that or I can shrink the recipe down for a 1-gallon jar.

I had a Sam Adams pumpkin ale once - I wasn't impressed.  While I would try a sip of another just to see - I wouldn't order one untasted ever again.  But I'm partial to beer you can't see through like my blackstrap stout
