I would love for Clann Bhride to be large enough for this to even be a need or want for us. I can't imagine that happening /anytime/ soon, but it sure is nice to dream.
Maker, though the darkness comes upon me,
I shall embrace the light. I shall weather the storm.
I shall endure.
What you have created, no one can tear asunder.

If I spoke Russian, I'd give that a try. As it is, I'm happy with this. :)

Ukrainian, actually; a related but distinct language. As any Ukrainian would make vociferously clear, given the chance...esp. these days.
The first song sets the wheel in motion / The second is a song of love / The third song tells of Her devotion / The fourth cries joy from the sky above
The fifth song binds our fate to silence / and bids us live each moment well / The sixth unleashes rage and violence / The seventh song has truth to tell
The last song echoes through the ages / to ask its question all night long / And close the circle on these pages / These, the metamythos songs

What I've learned from my (Russian) family, they're distinct languages, yes, but similar enough in roots to understand each other.

I ... can't see how that makes any /sense/ for FlameKeeping, actually.

I think it's an interesting idea.  Be interesting to see if it takes off.
