I loooooooove wands. I loooooooooove making them. But I've never found a use for any of them. I'm not a wiccan, so they have no place in ritual... D:

That maybe gives me a B :p

Plenty of non-Wiccans use wands in ritual. Many neo-Druids do. Some CRs. All manner of others. X does not necessarily mean Y, there.

Whoops. I didn't know that- I had wands pegged as a totally wiccan thing. Sorry :)

But, a lot of the things I make, I don't actually use :o specifically my wands. I loooooooove wands. I loooooooooove making them. But I've never found a use for any of them. I'm not a wiccan, so they have no place in ritual... D:

When I told my husband I was going back to paganism he made me a wand. I thought he was really sweet to do that, but I've only used it once. I have been slowly gathering items for ritual. Most of my stuff were gifts or things that I had left over from when I was a kid. I just got an abalone shell this week from my jewelry supply store. I am in a megachurch area so there is no metaphysical alternative. Also, I haven't advanced beyond tea lights and oil burner.

Well on one hand, I don't use any animal products that I consider inhumane (different to everyone, obviously), and I've been using just my own sage and that other people grow, because I've heard large scale farming is threatening several common occult-use species (I don't have a source, but even if this isn't true, it doesn't hurt).

On the other hand, I use cheap candles that are probably made in sweat shops with some sort of process that has awful emissions.
