Can anyone recommend a supplier for essential oils that offers sample sizes or very small vials? I'm not looking for freebie samples, but rather to buy several oils in small quantities that would work for a one-off project. Thanks!

These are probably not the kind of oils you are looking for, but Garden of Wisdom sells sample packs of 3 of their oils and it's pretty affordable, at least for me. Almost all of them are skin safe I believe, as they're normally meant for moisturizing or oil cleansing your face (unless otherwise stated! they have a little info web page up on their site).

I just really like them because they have such a wide variety of oils, and hey, who says you can't be witchy with these kinds of oils too? Heh.

Ananda Apothecary sells samples of, I think, all their essential oils.  I've purchased small amounts of relatively expensive oils there.  The quality has always been excellent, and 5ml+ prices are reasonable too.
