Imbolc Exchange 2018?

Over the past I-don't-know-how-many years, we've done Imbolc gift exchanges. These are meant to be simple, inexpensive, handmade Brighid's crosses and/or brats that we send each other through a "Secret Santa" style drawing.

Is anyone interested in doing that for the coming Imbolc?

It's not limited to people in the northern hemisphere. If you're in the southern hemisphere and coming up on Lughnassa, you're very welcome to participate.

If there is interest, I'm willing to coordinate the exchange or to explain the process if someone else wants to volunteer to coordinate it.

If you want more info, there are Imbolc Exchange threads from each of the past years of the Cill's existence (except maybe the first year?).

On a personal note, I haven't been around much lately, thanks to life being especially challenging right now. But this Cill is very dear to my heart and I always keep my shifts unless I ask for a cover. I will try to be more present in the coming year.

And I need some info from all participants.  Please send me your "real" name and snail mail address, as well as whether you are ok with international shipping or want to only do domestic shipping.  Please email this to me at asterbreo@gmail.com.

I'll do the random draw over the weekend of January 13-14, and email your participant's shipping info to you, so you can go ahead and get your gifts into the mail.

REMEMBER:  You can either ship your gift to arrive at your recipient's address by January 31, so they can put it out for Brighid's blessing on Imbolc Eve night (night of Wednesday, January 31), OR you can put the gift or the materials for it out yourself on Imbolc Eve night, and then send it to your recipient by the end of February. 

If you want to get it to your recipient by January 31, please plan to ship it in plenty of time, taking into account where your recipient is located.

Hi, all.

I've sent PMs to the people I haven't gotten mailing info from, so hopefully I'll get that soon and can provide recipient info to everyone in the next couple of days.

If I don't hear back from them by Wednesday, I'll do the draw with the people I do have, and add the rest in as they respond, if I can.

If you sent me your address, you should have a message from me with your recipient's info.  To send that info, I replied to your most recent message to me.  So, if that was an email, look for an email from me.  If you PMed me, look for a PM.  Questions?  Let me know either way.

I apologize for not sending the info sooner.  I was hoping to hear from the last person.
