ADMIN: Donor Storage Limits Increased

Regular members receive a very limited amount of space for attachments, album pictures, and stored PMs. They may also create up to 1 social group. Bronze, Silver, and Gold donors get increased limits for the duration of their donor membership.  These limits are now as follows:

Regular Members
Attachment Limit: 128,000 bytes
Total Album Pictures Size Limit: 128,000 bytes
Total PM Storage: 30 messages
Max Social Groups Created: 1

Bronze Donor Member:
Attachment Limit: 256,000 bytes (up from 192,000)
Total Album Pictures Size Limit: 1,024,000 bytes (up from 128,000)
Total PM Storage: 64 messages (up from 50)
Max Social Groups Created: 5

Silver Donor Member:
Attachment Limit: 512,000 bytes (up from 256,000)
Total Album Pictures Size Limit: 2,048,000 bytes (up from 512,000)
Total PM Storage: 96 messages (up from 75)
Max Social Groups Created: 5

Gold Donor Member:
Attachment Limit: 1,024,000 bytes (up from 256,000)
Total Album Pictures Size Limit: 4,096,000 bytes (up from 1,024,000)
Total PM Storage: 160 messages (up from 120)
Max Social Groups Created: 10
