ADMIN: A small revision to TC's rules

Hi, Cauldronites,

To better ensure that the letter of the rule reflects its spirit, the 'blanket condemnations' rule has been reworded, to, 'DO NOT make blanket condemnations of religions, cultures, peoples, or classes/categories of people.' This clarifies that it also applies to classes/categories such as (but not limited to) 'Trump voters', 'poor people', 'feminists', etc.

This is a clarification, rather than a change in what's against the rules; most of you won't be affected by it at all, since most of you don't make blanket condemnations anyway, either because that's part of your internalized conception of civil discourse, or because you've always interpreted the rule as applying to all blanket condemnations, not limited to (previous wording) 'peoples, cultures, or religions' (or both, of course).
