* "Unable to verify referring url. Please go back and try again" Problem Logging In?

If you get an "Unable to verify referring url. Please go back and try again" error when you try to log in, you need to be sure you are accessing the board with a url that starts with "https://ecauldron.com".  If it starts with https://www.ecauldron.com" (or "http://www.ecauldron.com") you will get this error because "www.ecauldron.com" is not technically the same website as "ecauldron.com". Moving to the more secure "https" means it is more picky about such things.

Has Terry Pratchett has ever touched on the matter of Granny Weatherwax's skills in removing the contents from eggs while leaving the shells (mostly) intact?

I could be wrong, but I believe he discusses it in "Maskerade." Not 100% sure though, it's been awhile.

Nothing about it is mentioned in The folklore of Discworld ,which doesnt mean he hasn't talked about it elsewhere but its a pretty comprehensive book, (and also for those who are interested a really good starting point for British  and wider folklore for Discworld nerds, it's co written with Jacqueline Simpson)

Ooh, that leads me in all sorts of interesting directions - folkloric ones, rather than ones pertinent to the question I asked, but then, I was asking merely because the first line of my signature has seemed particularly appropriate of late. 'Folkloric' is of much more enduring interest than 'damn, do I need to put that line of my sig in bold? Change my username to "Grandma"?... Hmmm....'

Thanks, both of you!
