I'm not sure what the site policy is in regards to JSTOR articles.  I do have the one I mentioned and if its not some sort of violation I can either up load it to this thread of send it to you via email.

JSTOR - like most databases - is governed by the database agreement of the subscribing libraries, and the articles are under copyright.

Therefore, uploading it here would be a violation of copyright (against board rules), and so would mailing it privately (though of course, if it happens off the board, not something the board can control.) Also, that kind of use over time will drive up prices for everyone, which is not really cool.

For those without JSTOR access: larger public libraries often have subscriptions these days, and your local library can put in an interlibrary loan request for you easily, if they don't have access themselves.

If you live in a more rural area, but near a college or university, a lot of higher education campuses will allow local residents to make use of library resources to a certain extent, including accessing databases on campus. (From which you can download the articles you want to a USB drive, print them, email them to yourself, whatever.)
