My main area of practice is meditation but I'm always wanting to learn more, especially about astral projecting via meditation. I have extremely strong dreams and I can often control what happens in them (although I choose not to because the unpradictability of a dream is much more fun than my conscious imagination). I used to be able to astral project pretty well, but I'm afraid I'm really out of practice. What I'm looking for are good websites/books/etc. with good information about the different planes and how to properly go about astral projecting or whatnot. I've found this to be an area of strong interest and natural ability and I want to work on developing it more.

Trance-portation: Learning to Navigate the Inner World by Diana L. Paxson is pretty darn good. It's written in plain language, and is set up in a way that you can work through the book - each chapter is basically another lesson.
