New Group Messages - Mark as read?

This is a fairly minor question (and I apologize in advance if there's something really obvious that I missed somewhere):

Is there any way to mark group messages as read without having to click on every one?  There is a "Mark Forums Read" button at the top of the "New Group Messages" screen, but it's that one marks all the regular forum messages read - and doesn't mark the group ones.
