Can we make member lists private?

I was thinking about some of the social groups we have.  Some of them discuss pretty personal material (kink, mental illness, favorite Dr. Who character, etc.).  I am wondering if there are some people who might not want the whole Cauldron to know they are members of certain groups.  

Is it possible to make a setting so that nobody can see the membership list unless they join?
