E3 starts today and runs until Wednesday.

Any games you're looking forward to? Any news?

Also, if you have any handy livestream links, feel free to link them!

I'm looking forward to some Pokémon news, tbh.  Especially since Masuda is there and there are a pair of remakes coming out in November.

All about the Sims 4 for me.  Looks like they're still doing something (I'll be honest, I have no idea exactly what E3 is or how it's structured, or if the livestream is even relevant after the first day) over on twitch.

As for relevancy after the first day, today (June 10th) was the second day and Nintendo made its big announcements on future games and hardware.

(Related to my previous post in this thread:  Weeee!  The Ruby and Sapphire remakes are being released just before my birthday!  Thanks, Nintendo!)

So, from the Microsoft press conference I am most interested in:

  • DA: Inquisition
  • Ori and the Blind Forest
  • Inside

I don't really know what to think of Fable: Legends. I love the Fable universe, but I need more information.

I was all kinds of excited until I watched the demo.

Yeah - that didn't work so much for me.

I'm hoping they have a playable demo so I can try before I buy.

Also - to add to my list from the Microsoft press conference, I also want to check out:

  • Grave
  • Woolfe
  • Lifeless Planet
  • Below
  • Rise of the Tomb Raider
  • Scalebound

I think I probably need to get an XBONE this year.  Damn.

They have a cheaper console out now because it comes without the Kinect. Thats what we've been waiting for in terms of buying an Xbox One.

But the Kinect was such an integral part of the experience.  Right?

I've been waiting for a real reason to buy one, personally.  Between bad decisions and worse PR I'm seriously whether the XBone is a good investment.  So far-- nope.

I'll get a PS4, but not until next year, when 'Bloodborne' and 'The Order:1886' come out.  The only new games I'm looking at this year are be Assassin's Creed IV and the Borderlands pre-sequel.
You have my sword

Same here on the games we're looking forward to and getting a PS4; although we'll probably pick it up some time in late summer or fall.

'The Order: 1866' looks really good.
