It's my least favorite day of the year again. The night I lose an hour of sleep. :)

In most of the US, it's time to set your clocks forward. Daylight  Savings Time starts at 2am tomorrow morning (which suddenly becomes  3am). You'll probably want to set your clocks forward an hour before you  go to bed.

Nice thing about being in Japan, we don't have to do it.  We just have to do it every other day as we travel east or west to the next port.

Oh, change the batteries in your smoke detectors.
