Not much help here. I don't normally eat when I first get up. At most, I have a big glass of milk (16 oz) and a slice of cheddar. That's actually a lot of calories, but I wouldn't call it a full fry-up. :p Usually though, I just take my pills with about 12oz of milk.
I just remembered that my favorite breakfast was in Japan. Steamed barley-and-rice with sliced leeks and a splash of shoyu, along with a side of yogurt. Washed down with orange juice.
KARMA: You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

And how is the  breakfast in a Canadian Hotel?

IME it varies widely from place to place:
- Not included (at a convention; everyone went to the donut shop across the road)
- "Continental" breakfast, meaning pastries, cold cereal, coffee/tea and orange juice (most chain hotels)
- The place my family always goes for skiing puts out a waffle iron and cups of batter, as well as sausage patties, hard-boiled eggs and fruit, as well as the basic toast etc. Best waffles ever.

Funny that it should still be called Cintinental in Canada. :)

I love breakfast food but I usually eat it for like lunch. Lol. I love biscuits and gravy, pancakes, hash browns, sausage. You know what is good? Omelette muffins. You use a muffin tin, put whatever omelette ingredients you like in it, the pour the eggs on top and bake.

I know it depends on the oven, but how long do you usually bake those for?

I never thought about it, but it really is. Odd things happen when food is named after places.

Usually around 15-20 minutes.
