Actually, it is a mod, but one a lot of people find fun. The numbers don't really mean anything or give any benefits other than some tiny icons under your name on your posts.

the little bit I read, the point of this is to tick off enough people with her "opinions" to get banned  and then go crow about the bullies that we are.  Which means, since we don't actually ban people for being trolls or or having "opinions" that we disagree with, we may be stuck with her for a while, until she figures out that we aren't going to ban her unless she does something against the rules and otherwise, we don't care, people will play as they see fit and the rest will just ignore.
