Thank you for such an open and welcoming forum

I believe that All That Is is beyond anything that man can imagine.  That religions are our attempt to contain All That Is in a box that we can comprehend, that all religions contain some, but not all truths.

I am interested in the shaman tradition, and am looking to explore that path.

Hi there, and welcome! I'm a little curious about your choice of username, because it might confuse people.

(For folks reading who may not know this, the title Lady is generally used in the Wiccan community to designate someone who's a 3rd degree priestess (or Lord for priest), and therefore is often assumed to indicate someone who is significantly committed to and knowledgeable about their particular path and tradition of practice.)

Lady Faye - is that part of your background? If not, you might want to be aware that people may assume it is.

Local culture for this forum is that most of us who could use trad-specific titles generally don't, unless there's a specific reason to bring them up. (Other places work differently, of course.)

Jenett, who's Lady Althaea when I'm being really formal in circle.

Didn't mean to confuse.  Just didn't have a special screen name.  Faye is my middle name.

No worries.  I did six years hard time on a triple count of aggravated sass, back in the day, and the recidivism rate for sass-related crimes is tragically high.
