But I still searched the net and I only came by a small documentary on youtube that said Grimms fairytales were a collection of much older ancient stories that were actually told by woman. Is there no way to figure out how the oral stories are in the most original form?

Perhaps if you alter your search terms or check bibliographies (even Wikipedia has a good biblio if you look) you'll find something?

Also, unless you've got a time machine, you're not going to find "the most original form," mostly because that doesn't really exist. Especially with a tale that was passed down orally to begin with.

Since February this year there's a 1.5 kg paperback edition (in German with old spelling) on amazon.de:
ISBN10: 1542939933
ISBN13: 978-1542939935
(Schönwerth: Sitten und Sagen aus der Oberpfalz. Drei Bände in einem Buch)

I ordered the Kindle Version for 49 Cent (but have to hook up the kindle to some wlan somewhere because my internet at home doesn't work ay the moment)

I'm looking forward to reading this, according to the content table of the second volume the stories seem to be grouped into the 4 elements...seems intruiging.
