Request a Fiction Book Discussion Topic on a Specific Book
« on: February 05, 2012, 03:18:28 pm »
Only staff members can start new book threads on this board as each thread's first message must be in a very specific format with specific links used, etc.  If you would like a thread on a specific fiction book started here, you may request it in this thread.

Each Request must have the following information or it will be ignored:

1) The (correct) title of the book
2) The author of the book
3) The book's ISBN (we prefer the old 10 digit one, but the new 13 digit will do).

Please don't hide the above in a lot of text in the middle of a paragraph. We will try to get new topics started as soon as the few people authorized to create book topics get around to it. This will NOT be immediately.

Hi!  There is a wonderful set of 3 books (the cousins O'Dwyer trilogy) written by Nora Roberts.

Book One:  Dark Witch  (ISBN 978-0-425-25985-6)

Book Two:  Shadow Spell  (ISBN 978-0-425-25986-3)

Book Three:  Blood Magick  (ISBN 978-0-425-25987-0)

Love these books; so hard to put down once you start!

Threads are up! This was the first time I've done it, so I'm very pleased with myself for doing it successfully - there haven't been any book discussion requests since I became TC's Host.

You format ISBNs better than Amazon does :).

Hello,

Will you please create a post for the above book? I am about a third of the way through it (I started this morning) and wanted to post about it when I finish.

Also, if it is allowed, may I include discussion questions I retrieved from LitLovers? LitLovers gives permission to use them as long as I attribute that I retrieved them from the LitLovers website. If you wish, I can post a link to the questions so you can verify that indeed it would not be a copyright violation to post them. Or, a simple search would find the website and you could verify that way.

Thanks, Aylwyn

I see no reason why not; that sounds like a good idea.

Thank you!

A Reminder:
NP, Aylwyn!

Just a quick note:  Please remember to quote, even if you're just replying to the first message in the thread.  It makes the discussion easier to follow, and it's required by our rules. (If you're using tapatalk on a phone, please hold your finger down on the message you wish to reply to until the quote function pops up.)

This isn't a formal warning, just a reminder. No reply is necessary, but if you have questions or need clarification, please feel free to contact a member of staff privately.

Thanks!
