Gary Johnson’s unorthodox campaign for the Republican presidential nomination continued Sunday, when he spoke at a Google+ town hall conducted by representatives of various pagan media outlets.

Sadly, an example of how relatively moderate Republicans are treated by their party any more. There is literally no room for them.

I'm just amazed he acknowledged the existence of voters who aren't Christian, Jewish, or Muslim.

Yeah. I expect he'll drop out soon. Every poll I've seen has him at 1% or so.

I have studiously been ignoring the GOP primary stuff. It's way to early to bother. I don't know who Johnson is.

Is Johnson going to be out on his views or general lack of name recognition?

I admit, I have a knee-jerk reaction to any politician (regardless of party affiliation) who claims, without knowing anything about me, to sharing my values. While it's a pretty safe bet given our many outward cultural similarities, it still makes me cringe.

But yeah, it's cool he's at least reaching out. Even if it's just to shoot himself in the foot.

Probably some of the former, but mostly the latter.

I'm not paying that much attention except for the circus environment these debates are causing. Watching these people fall all over themselves to be the furthest to the right candidate is immensely entertaining.

Like today...Rick Santorum has come out against birth control or sex for any reason other than procreation. There's just a crazy component I can't help but laugh at.

His poor wife. I should expect that once she' beyond childbearing age, he'll just be celebate?

Well, that comes under "What reality is he from?" It also begs the questions: once his wife is pregnant, does he go without until they decide on another kid? And just how many kids does he have?

well, actually, I give that he's agreed that he and the missus can still knock boots, he is allowing for conjugal.

I figured once how many kids I'd have if I'd never used birth control, given that my first two were 13 months apart, with birth control. I'd have more than the Duggars, assuming no twins..

Well what do you expect from a guy whose name has been appropriated to describe the byproduct of anal sex? Off topic, but I heard that the mixture of lube and fecal matter himself asked Goggle to remove the definition from its search index. Apparently Google is unable to do anything about it:D:

Same here. I did see a few excerpts from last night's debate, however, and enjoyed seeing Romney and Perry in their hair-pulling fight.
