When I'm lost I pray to you,
Before me my path is laid true,
Never before have you lead me astray,
Protected under your light is where I lay,
You help me understand the balance of life,
With your guidance you keep me from strife,
I could stare at your beauty from dusk to dawn,
Knowing I was your daughter from the day I was born,
I've walked on the darker side of my nature within,
Felt the torment of ballancing on that tiny pin,
But I never lost faith in my trust for you,
Even when I didn't know what to do,
I promise to be true in your light,
Never giving up without a fight.
