Hello all,

My name is Calum and i come from the midlands in England. i have been researching and practicing Wicca now for almost a year.
I used to scorn any kind of religion. Until i had what you could say is a kind of awakening. I've always loved the natural world. Shortly before my change of religious belief i was becoming increasingly disenchanted with the modern world. everything is worry and rush. I found a stress relieving outlet in nature, and though it sounds silly i believe the natural world was speaking to me. Since then I have not looked back and feel much more at peace now.

I always look to find the beauty and the joy in the little things that most people would overlook, like the sound of the wind through the trees. In this way you are always communing with the divine. I think this helps get us through the rigmarole of modern life.

Thanks for taking the time to read this and i look forward to speaking to people. I'm always open to suggestion as to how i can continue to learn on my new path.
