I found this take on the Greek deities to be amusingly in-character: A Modern Myth/.

(Content warning: this is not escapism from current events; its final section is explicit political commentary. I mention this because one of the commenters on the post was dismayed by it, so I figure others might be. Myself, I found it entertaining and apt.)
