Nearby Star Hosts 7 Earth-Size Planets

Astronomers say at least three of the worlds may be habitable, and could be studied for signs of life within a decade

My question is whether there is enough ionizing radiation in this system to create appreciable amounts of complex pre-biotic chemistry
Otherwise, all you're going to have is warm rocks and mineral water

The relevant Wikipedia article indicates that, according to an XMM-Newton study, the habitable-zone planets are subject to a good bit of ionizing radiation.

Warm rocks might also be all you have if the first few billion years of the star's life (when M-stars are their hottest) boiled away everything life needs on these planets.

The answer.... Maybe....
If the Mars rovers have taught us anything, it's about how much our models of planetary dynamics leave to be desired

Possibly, but there are a lot of unknown variables in that model

More on TRAPPIST-1 and radiation.
