I call the thingamajigs in my mind a lot of things, but spells is not one of them. :)

That's correct in away that if you realised what you said.

I'm sorry, but the way you're phrasing things is confusing. Can you clarify?
KARMA: You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

You seem to be at the first step if you can't decanter your thought process you would be just like every one else. the mind is the control room it has a set program if you don't get off that step each day you are perceptible to anything. I speak from experience like I have said before once you get off the programs you are on you experience ecstasy.

Are you telling somebody to stop using medical treatment for their health issues? Your phrasing is very difficult to follow, but that's what it sounds like.

I'm not sure what you mean. It sounds like you're saying that mind control is a simple cure for illness. If so, then no, it's not, and nobody has ever cured serious illness through mind control. The placebo effect is a real thing, but it doesn't cure autoimmune diseases or cancer or other serious health issues. It may make you feel better, but feeling better and actually being cured are not *at all* the same thing. And a lack of pain does not mean a lack of illness.

This is going out of control you are making up your own words. what I propose is that you could stop your self getting an illness in the future by acting on clearing your mind of programs.

Hate to break it to you, but the causes of physical illness are most definitely not all in one's mind.

No, you definitely said cure. To cure something it has to already be present.

It's the same thing, though, isn't it?  "If you only pray right / do the right magic / perform the correct gestures, then you will be healthy, wealthy, and wise.  If you are not healthy, wealthy, and wise, clearly you are not right with God, haven't mastered the spells, haven't made those gestures hard enough, precisely enough, perfectly enough, so you had better try harder.  If you only did it right, everything would be fine."

There's a whole lot of this prosperity gospel stuff kicking around in paganism and the New Age.  (Showing their heritage as siblings, really, the family resemblances are, well.)

Oh absolutely. Which is why I'm wary of any situation where somebody believes that something they did/didn't do or believed/didn't believe or thought/didn't think caused/prevented a good/bad thing happening. Unless it's really clearly linked, such as if they did a specific spell or action with that intent, I'm much more likely to chalk it up to life being life.

I spent way too much time absolutely paralyzed worrying that my sin or mistakes or whatever would ruin my life to intentionally carry that into my paganism. It still crops up, but I do my best to slap that bad boy down whenever I notice it.
