Skal fellow heathens!!!

Hello.  Im a celtic(irish) and Asatru pagan.  I have been following my Celtic path for longer and I am new to Asatru.  Ive got my required reading in the mail (Havamal plus the poetic and prose eddas) Im looking forward to all the homework.

Also looking forward to meeting you all.

Welcome to TC! We have a special interest group dedicated to Asatru and Heathenry. Hopefully we will see you around there from time to time!

Im taking the time to read some threads in there.  

Already have two people on ignore(disappointed), but it looks like a good group for the most part.  Some really good people in here.

Hello to you! I am new here as well, and new to both Asatru and Celtic Paganism. Maybe, if you are willingly, we can help each other with Asatru. I would also, be willing to learn from you on the Celtic side of things.

But what's the the deal with everybody saying "skal"? It means shell. Like in eggs. Or lobsters. Did I miss a reference?

I think people mean skål, with the ring diacritic?
