Author Topic: Mom is back on chemo, sick leave (Read 2463 times)

We had three months earlier this year during which Mom was off chemo and doing well. We found out a couple of months ago that she needed to go back on it, so she did. The treatment they tried didn't do much, so they're putting her into one of those clinical trials again. At the advice of the doctors, who said the chemo could really affect her to the point she has trouble doing her job, Mom has taken sick leave. Actually, I think she's resigned. She can't take chances with her health at this point.

Just asking for a prayer or two, a bit of positive energy. Just something to help us with getting through this.
