Fae this time of year and general questions

Hi all!  

Just wondering others experiences with the fae this time of year.  With the veil thinning it makes sense that one might have more interactions with them?  Or see the results of their presence more?  

Anyone have personal experience with this?  Fae and their mythology/tradition are totally new to me.   I just googled their courts system etc.  

Anyone have book suggestions?  I've looked at some Katharine Briggs after recommendation by a staff member.  Any particular book by her?  She's got a few lol :)
