Need a Push in the Right Direction

To make a long story very short, the office culture where I work is unpleasant, unprofessional, and stressful. At times it borders on hostile.  I'm in the process of looking for employment elsewhere, but so far, the only thing I've gotten are enough rejection letters to wallpaper my house.

My usual coping mechanism of intense exercise has been nixed for the next couple of months due to an injured foot.  As a result, my anxiety and stress over the job situation have just been building.  Staying even mildly optimistic is becoming really difficult.  

Since I know that it's probably going to be a while longer before I can get out of the current situation, I just wanted to request a little push of positive energy from anyone who can spare it- just to help me keep from getting too demoralized until I can get out of there.  Usually I can muddle through stuff like this, but right now, I'm failing miserably.  :(
