My fruit trees didn't produce this summer, but the mint survived the crazy winter storm we had last year. I've harvested two pints of dried mint this summer and I still haven't finished last years crop. I don't know what to do with it except tea.

That's what we used it for. Though I guess you could use it as an herb in a meal, probably something poultry related?
