Just having a great morning and wanted to wish a happy Beltane/May Day to anyone who celebrates!

I had ritual this morning and danced in the rain like a kid. Now I'm cuddling with my wee one and watching cartoons. :)

Thank you. I had some spiritual exercises yesterday evening and earlier today, but the high pollen levels subdued the possibilities somewhat. I will continue the celebration on 21st of May, but it is on hiatus, for now.

I dont have a shrine or anything, but I do plan on burning some incense and making an offering of juice to Veles to show my gratitude.  I just wish I could celebrate the fertility aspects with someone :c

My wife and I had a feast with our pagan neighbours: beef-and-barley stew, scratch-made soda bread, roast vegetables, and lemon bars for dessert. We set out an arrangement of candles on the table, I explained a bit of the history of Beltane, and led an invocation wherein we dedicated the meal. After dinner, I made a libation of wine and burned the rest of the herbs used in making the meal as an offering at our outdoor altar.

Earlier in the day, because it is also the Kalends of May, I made an offering to Jupiter at my main altar.

I had to celebrate beltane on the 3rd as i spent the 1st and 2nd with my christian boyfriend. Still had a nice little ritual though :)
