After some recent news of his own tweets, I noticed a lot of people speculating that Kanye West has a personality disorder. I personally think he has something wrong with him but should we really speculate on this?

I think most if not all of those speculating are not qualified to diagnose in any case, and no ethical professional who is qualified would do so unless they were actually West's therapist.

Armchair diagnosis by unqualified people is one manifestation of mental-health ableism.

As a side note, until you made this post, as far as I'm aware 'we' weren't either speculating on it, or wondering if we should.

This right here. He could gave a personality disorder or he could just be a garden variety as whole; either way I speculate on him as little as possible.
