Here's an idea I've been poking and prodding of late...

What if it were possible to create a set of Runes out of the same material that was before the Nine Worlds came to be? Essentially, make each one out of the "Aether" itself. What would these Rune Stones be like?

I imagine this is probably the very thing Odin brought back with him from his time hanging on the limbs of Yggdrasil. If so, then one has to wonder just how powerful a set that was ancient before time and the Worlds were would necessarily be and how much more powerful their prophetic power?

What do you good folks think? Could a human even dare to hold or contain even one such Rune stone?
