I personally think Pdfs are more effective in this day and age, as far as the whole stealing thing goes that is at your own discretion, i personally find pdf files to be perfect, i keep a usb drive full of books, its like a digital book of shadows, frankly its far easier to carry a laptop and a usb drive with 30 or 40 books on it than carrying 30 or 40 books
I love ebooks! There are lots of places where you can pay money for ebooks. It doesn't have to be a trade-off between honestly and portability if publishers don't make it one.

I travel around the country a lot and I like eBooks a lot for their convenience but I only generally read fiction on them. I'm currently reading the Phil Rickman back catalogue which I can thoroughly recommend if you like occult fiction in a modern setting.

I've never got on with them for research purposes as I like to have several books open at a time and I'm constantly flipping backwards and forwards. Whilst it is possible to do that after a fashion with a kindle book it is nowhere near so easy. Also the Xoanon and many other small specialist occult publisher books are not legally available in this format.

Books, including ebooks are expensive and I want to have a physical copy. Watching what happened to Nook was a lesson that a licence to read a digital copy can be lost very easily.

Archive.org is also very useful for out of copyright stuff. There's a lot of useful material on there for the Celtic-orientated folks (I use it frequently in college for older material!). They have multiple download formats too.

So I know stealing is wrong but I've noticed a lot of us do not have access to Wiccan books or cannot pay for them so I went scourging around the Internet and found about 50-ish or so Wiccan Books or Related Topics I do plan on reading them then when I have the money (and time) buying some of these books do you think it's wrong that I'm doing this? Or just wait to buy the books and read them then because I know half the experience in having that book in your hands
You can follow this link to a number of PDF's I have posted from my personal collection.  MOST (but not all) of these publications are out of their copyright coverage.  I am not selling them and they're freely available online. http://www.stonehavenacademy.com/#!books/eh9q8

Forgotten books do a lot of reprints but they are also available as pdf and they have a free book of the day - a surprising number of which are of interest (also a lot that aren't of course!)

For example today is Paganism surviving in Christianity. I've only dipped in and I don't think it is one I'll be keeping!

Thank you for sharing this resource, Dynes Hysbys! I hadn't heard of Forgotten Books before and there are some interesting books there. :)
