I apologize in advance if this isn't phrased perfectly. I'm slightly trembling as I write this and am not thinking at my best.

So, over the past year or so I've had problems with anxiety.

It started out with death anxiety. Once I fully internalized that neither I nor anyone else knows what happens when we die(and therefore we can't really plan for it in any way) did and does freak me out. I don't want to elaborate because I don't want to infect anyone with my thought processes here.

Then I started having a crisis of faith when I found out that not only did I not know what happened when we die, but I didn't even know what the end of the religious path I have dedicated a decade to was exactly and I suspect it is something that I don't actually want.

The cold and snow is really beginning to get to me. My girlfriend is going through a job crisis and I'm trying to be supportive of her.

I've been able to keep those in the background while trying to deal with them.

However, things happened at work involving a multi-million dollar issue that is causing all of the anxiety to come crashing down. I'm starting to feel cold, I'm having a hard time eating, and I'm having a hard time focusing. I can't work out as much due to dealing with work issues. I'm currently on a waiting list to sit down with a therapist but haven't heard back from them in a few months.

I'm sure there are things I'm missing but you get the idea.

Any energy or prayers would be appreciated.
