Such as, practice the magick rituals of Thelema and still worship the Norse Gods and practice the runes?

Technically Thelema can be viewed as a philosophy, or religion,  depending on how it's viewed by the Thelemite. Thelemites come from many different walks,  so if you want to practise its rituals, and happen to be a Norse Polytheist as well, it's totally possible,  depending on how it fits into your worldview. Some may have trouble adopting its philosophical beliefs and maintain dual paths, and others may not at all.

Norse gods are not adverse to magic. Unless you get a strong vibe not to I don't see an issue.

Not at all!! Like Micheal said, one can be a Thelemite and practice Polytheism of any kind. I'm a Thelemite and a practicing Celtic Polytheist as well. I would say give it a shot and see how it works for you!!!

Thelema is deliberately designed to be compatible with pretty much anything, like most esoterism-inspired philosophies. There may be a bit of a cosmological disconnect, but morally it is perfectly compatible.
