I think it's important to understand labels and how they are usually used to avoid misunderstandings. But it's equally important to not get caught up in the labeling. Resist the temptation of Western "sound bite"culture. The journey is in finding yourself and understanding the universe, not arguing about what's "right". Nobody knows that. Truly. We don't.
