Hello.


It was suggested to me recently that astrologically, I may have a gift for working with and helping others with their shadows, the wounded selves.


My experience lies in stars and tarot cards; only recently have I begun exploring the possibilities of stones, I Ching, and runes.

Could anyone point me in the direction of good books or links, or personally may have knowledge of shadow-workings? Since it is shadow-working, I'd rather be slightly more cautious than jump in with whatever I find first.

I dont know much but from my experience you do need a magical tool like a wand or a ring or an amulet.
Obsidian works well.

There's a tarot book designed precisely for that purpose: Tarot Shadow Work by Christine Jette. My mum owns it and quite likes it. I can't speak personally on the matter since I'm not overly familiar with the subject.

It might take me awhile to come up with something to ask you. This is good - this is a lot of take in at once so I'll be going through this gradually, but it looks like what I was asking for. :)

The only resource that comes to mind is In the Shadow of 13 Moons which discusses working with the new moon and incorporates shadow work with it.
