Worshiping more than one Deity
« on: August 24, 2011, 09:52:54 pm »
If you do worship more than one deity, how do you go about it? Do you share the worship between them? Give the god you're closest to just a bit more but also give reverence or worship to the others? How do you do it?

I think you're waaaaay overthinking.

When I'm trying to figure out how to have more than one friend, I don't think about sharing the friendship between them, giving the friend I'm closest to a bit more but also spend time with others, or any of that.  I just have more than one friend.  That's all.

Relationships with gods are just a subcategory of relationships.  You already know how to go about having relationships; take that knowledge and apply it.

Worship is not like a cup of sugar that gets used up; there's enough to go around.

Now, if you're asking about time management with worship of multiple deities, that's something completely different.  ;)

Like what a lot of people say in poly circles when asked about managing multiple romantic relationships: love in unlimited, it's just time that isn't.
