My 20 year old son was told yesterday that if he does not get a new heart, he may only have a year and a half or so to live.

Very hard to come to grips with that.

Prayers, energy, thoughts............ all will be appreciated

prayers sent. please let us know if there's anything you or he need

If it's ok with you, I'd like to petition Sekhmet on your son's behalf. She's is an excellent healer & She works quickly.

Well we saw another Doctor this week, and he was shocked that anyone would have given him that dire of a diagnosis. He said there was some swelling and inflammation around his heart, but it was nothing that would cause any need for a transplant.

We will yet get another opinion as the difference between the two is so great. But for now good news.

Thank you all so much for your concern, prayers, candles and good thoughts.

Much love.
Really?  So, hey, want to go fishing?  I\'ve got a telescope, and it\'s going to be a dark night, so we should see the fish really well.
...what, I\'m not talking about fishing?  That\'s stargazing?  It\'s all doing-stuff, so it\'s the same thing, right?

I am so happy for your son, and for you, because I know that you love your family. I will pray that this latest diagnosis is accurate, and that your son won't need a transplant.

Yes! Awesome!

What a relief for you guys and I'm so happy for you.

That sounds like a very difficult situation to deal with. Blessings to you and your son, and that's good news about the other doctor's opinion. I'm sure everything will work out :)

He seems to be feeling a lot better, so hopefully the second doctors opinion was right. I think his next appointment is next week so hopefully that will rule out any physical problem.
