I don't know if this sort of request is unusual, but I am in desperate need extra energy right now. I've been battling depression, anxiety, and above all an extreme and debilitating indecisiveness. I have no idea what to think about anything. Being told you're wrong for having faith in something doesn't help the situation. Why am I delusional for believing something I can't prove?

I feel hollow. I don't even have the confidence to stand up to those who would call my newfound pagan faith wrong and childish. Please, a boost if anyone has the time and means.

I'll be honesty, I can't send energy; my efforts tend to backfire. I can pray for you however. Your situation sounds horrible, and I wish I could do something more concrete to help you. Please, don't give up hope.

You could try some baths with hyssop or rosemary or just seasalt and epsom salts combined. If you do not have a bath then do footbaths. Sit with a white candle and some incense just sitting quietly. If you have nature nearby or a park go for a walk.
